Meet the founder
Sean Davis · Founder & CEO
Sean Davis is the founder and chief executive officer of LCD Construction, a family-owned Oklahoma firm focused on development, home building, and construction consulting. He leads the firm’s construction and field operations with a practical approach to planning, coordination, and execution.
A Tulsa native, Sean entered the construction industry directly out of high school. Before the age of 25, he had contributed to more than $400 million in multifamily developments. His experience has since expanded to industrial warehouses, including steel framing and tilt-up concrete construction.
With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, Sean brings the perspective of large-scale construction to projects of every size, helping clients turn their vision into a clear plan and a well-executed build.
Sean later moved into insurance-based restoration, strengthening his expertise in project coordination, customer service, and operational systems. That experience reinforced his belief that successful construction depends as much on communication and organization as it does on the work in the field.
At LCD Construction, he applies that experience to home building, multifamily development, and construction consulting. Known for his drive and problem-solving mindset, Sean stays focused on quality, schedule, and budget while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
